Position Requirements
Analyst
University or college degree, preferably in Commerce, Economics, or Planning
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in land economics or land use planning
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and oral presentation
Ability to convey complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner though the use of concise text or visualizations
Superior comfort and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
Knowledge of ArcGIS/QGIS and other data management tools is considered an asset
Excellent research and data analysis skills
Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
Analyst
Conduct research into the real estate industry and collect data from third party sources
Be a go-to resource for our clients and other consultants that we work with on a range of projects
Input to pro forma analysis on behalf of clients, including assisting in the preparation of back-of-the-envelope and discounted cash flow models
In the early stages of their career, be a key resource to the Principals and other professional staff at the firm
Be a key author and contributor to reports and other materials prepared for clients
Collect background data for the preparation of charts and tables that will be included in our reports
