Kitchener Missing Middle + Affordable Housing

Parcel was retained by the City of Kitchener to lead a multi-disciplinary project consulting team—including partner firms Smart Density and StrategyCorp—to complete an extensive feasibility study that evaluated and developed recommendations relating to the key market, policy and regulatory solutions capable of maximizing the provision of missing middle and affordable housing in the community.
